Narrow Message

There are two basic text editor modules: the Narrow Message and the Wide Message.  The website is built with Bootstrap 4.  It has a 12 column architecture as the base.  This is what makes the website responsive, so it looks good on all sized devices.

The narrow message is 8 columns wide on a large screen and it shifts to 12 columns wide on smaller screens.
